专利摘要:
This invention relates to servo-controlled vehicle gearboxes. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by providing protection against mistaken gear while accelerating shift processes. The gearbox includes a main box 1 and a divider 2 gears. The main gearbox 1 has five gears engaged, namely reverse gear R and four forward speeds I-IV, as well as one neutral position. The neutral position can be on three levels of the switching mechanism, namely, the level of I and II speeds, the level of III and IV speeds, or the level of reverse gear R. The appropriate level is made

This invention relates to servo-controlled transmissions of a vehicle.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by providing protection against erroneous switching while accelerating switching processes.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of the control of a transmission of a vehicle; Fig. 2 is a level selection chart as a function of vehicle speed.
The gearbox includes main gearbox 1 and a splitter gear 2. The main gearbox 1 has five gears engaged, i.e. reverse gear R and four speeds 1-4 forward, as well as one neutral position, the neutral position can be on three levels of the switching mechanism, namely at the level of 1 and 2 speeds , at the level of inclusion 3 and 4 speeds, or at the level of inclusion of a backing R.
The appropriate level is set using a three-position working cylinder 3, which is controlled by the valve device 4. The forward and reverse speeds are set by the working speed cylinder 5 by three positions, which is controlled by another valve device 6.
To double the number of forward speeds, there is a 2-speed divider. It has a divider working cylinder 7 in two positions, controlled by a valve device 8. Cylinder 7 can be switched to position L for speeds from 1 to 4 and in position S for speeds from 5 to 8.
The corresponding speeds 5-8 of the position of the main gearbox 1 are shown by numbers in figure 1 in brackets.
Fittings for supplying pressurized medium to valve devices 4, 6 and 8 for controlling the working cylinders 3, 5 and 7 are not shown.
Valve devices 4 & and 8 are made in the form of magnetic valves and control valve device 6 The gearbox also contains an electronics unit 12, which gives certain levels to individual ranges of vehicle speeds or vehicle speeds and sets these levels at neutral 2
with electrical lines 9-11 from electronics unit 12.
The switch 13 serves to enable the driver to operate. He has a lever
There are three switch positions: switch up, switch down and neutral. These lever positions on line 14 are transmitted to the electronics unit. In block 12 electronics also
data on engine speed r are entered, as well as vehicle speed. Based on the information received, block 12 determines the favorable travel and, through valve devices, provides the introduction of
this move.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the position of the neutral position is not accidental, but depends on the available speed of the vehicle. If, for example, the vehicle is moving at a speed above 50 km / h in the neutral area, then the neutral position is always taken at a level of 7/8 or 3/4 speeds. In the speed range from 20 to 50 km / h, the level of 5/6 or 1/2 is chosen.
speed. In the range from 10 to 20 km / h, the level for speeds of 3/4 or 7/8 is selected. In the range of approximately 0 to 10 km / h, a level is selected for speeds of 1/2 or 5/6.
The splitter gear 2 is switched at the same speed thresholds as the main gearbox 1.
Reversing can be engaged only in a narrow range near the vehicle speed equal to zero. If the reverse gear is turned off while reversing, the gearshift level of 1/2 or 5/6 is always assumed.
As can be seen from the diagram in Fig. 2, the upward shift of the level to the neutral position is made at a higher vehicle speed than the downward shift. This hysteresis is necessary so that at a certain vehicle speed there is no continuous level switching.
If the vehicle is moving
from the spot, the block 12 of the electronics before the flush from the spot always puts the level for
gear shift 1/2. When starting off, the driver moves the lever in the direction of the switch up and the electronics unit 12 will turn on 1 speed.
In this way, the time it would take if the level were turned on to switch speeds of 3/4 would be saved.
The level selection described is particularly beneficial and useful for a gearbox that automatically selects the right gear depending on the weight of the vehicle. If the vehicle is not loaded, a level can be chosen to switch on the speeds of 3/4 and the drive off at third speed.
